​A 20,000 sqft anchor retail unit plus a terrace of smaller neighbourhood retail units. The site was delivered as

one site within a regeneration masterplan area promoted by Edinburgh City council consisting of housing, community

facilities and a foodstore.

 

Part of the side was set aside as part of the public realm linking

the different elements of the masterplan.
